Interested in empathic listening and wondered if you have you come across &quot;Clean Language&quot; - It would tie in well with your NLP studies I think. I&#039;ve found it very useful myself in getting really into clear communication. Check out http://www.cleanlanguage.co.uk/ for an introduction to it.</description>
