Probably the best thing you can do is get a good spam filter and not mind if the odd one slips through! I'd had to deal with this before, and although I do feel a bit badly about it, I feel that some comments just aren't worth sharing (hopefully this one is, haha). A comment policy is great, to make sure that comments stay relevant.
