I really think the most important thing is to take time to write high-quality and interesting articles that say something new. Too many of us get caught up in the content for content's sake type thinking and forget that we want people to enjoy reading our blog. Say something worthwhile and people will come back for more!

Excellent analysis Lodwijk. Specially the matrix gives the clear picture.

Prioritizing important tasks is certainly key to take out maximum in less time with minimum efforts. In my early days of blogging, I used to struggle in time management. But in the latter half of 2008, I developed a list of tasks and created a time table. Now things go smooth and I'm getting fruits of it.

Very in-depth and comprehensive post.

Great post Lodewijk. Excellent to see the mapping between what we bloggers do, & the traditional time management tools. You're an original with this angle!

Great analysis, there. I definitely need to be spending more time focusing on quadrant II, but I think I've been doing a pretty good job of eliminating as much as I can from III and IV.
